Would you tell a friend that he or she has beautiful eyes? Think about it, don't say anything too bold. Wait till you guys get a little closer till you start saying stuff like that. Whatever you do, DO NOT TRY to put moves on her. If she wants you to do it, she will make it very obvious. For now just shoot for friends like everyone else says.

 

like everyone else said, be yourself, man. just be friends. if you guys end up being together cuz of what the other person 'has to offer', its not gonna last long. good relationships are built on being good friends. cuz when you guys are gettin older and the physical aspects start to fade, it'll be the friendship that lasts.

just be honest and dont try too hard to cover up your 'weaknesses'. if they cant get down w/ who you really are, then you have no reason to be w/ that person for however long. its a waste of time

I like what Pete is saying, be yourself and see how it goes. Talking is a must but dont plan out what you want to say. Dont tell her about times how you got drunk and threw up unless she does so first. Oh and make sure to compliment her that she looks good.
