Ok... I'll bite. The better story is to explain why you punched a wall. I've been there. No broken hand, but been there. I'm glad you punched the wall and not what you wanted to punch at the time. :hs:

 

this is why when i'm angry i hit hard things with my softball bat. nothing like relieving stress by hearing the reassuring thunk of a 36 ounce metal bat hitting a hard object at 70 MPH :thumbup:

 

hit the beam? ouch yeah that shit hurts. i break boards sometimes, and i hit one wrong, and it calcified my knuckle and the shits all wack. then i thought it healed like 6 months later, but it was still tender, broke another board, and it swelled up again and its all tender again. oh well, i dont like hitting things anyways.
