Default cisco support is pissing me off

I open a case on Saturday with cisco TAC afternoon. It gets assigned to an engineer on sunday. I give him the info he requests on Monday morning. I gave him the same info again on Tuesday because i never heard back from him. I email him on Wednesday to ask for progress. And now it's Thursday and I still have not heard anything back from him!!

This is the worst cisco support guy i've had so far.

To top that off, earlier that saturday I talked to a different cisco engineer about a differnet issue, he tells me that i need to load a different IOS on the router that is currently on it....and the one he tells me to put on doesnt do what he told me it was supposed to do!!! wtf?!

anyway...i'm done...just wanted to make a thread h:

I know. I am just surprised he told you that. I would have ran a differeiential diagnosis and probably load a new token ring ethernet on the TCP/IP to avoid an HTML crash. But thats just me.

actually, it was an IOS issue...it's just that the one he told me was the wrong one. my boss gave me one that worked and then i find a newer one that worked.
