:chuckles: I'm already almost done with them. They don't get soggy if they're the patties, I'd imagine if you just get the ground beef and don't pack it tight they'd fall apart.
I always cook them in beer, but I hadn't done it in the broth yet. Pretty badass.

It's all about hamburger with chopped onion mixed in sprinkled with garlic and pepper with just a dash of salt to set it off :yumyum:
