I have found it funny when cops call me a liar or accuse me of doing something only to have it come back to them that they were wrong and they apologize...
interesting....but for some reason, I doubt that would work.
It's not about getting out of things, it's about understanding your rights and using them responsibly.
They aren't trying to teach you how to get out of a ticket or a search or being arrested. They are simply trying to teach and help people understand their rights better.
isn't what the cop did illegal search and seizure? He can only get things that are in plain site unless he has a warrant right?
Depends on which one your talking about, if you leave a bong by the front door and you let the cop into your house and he sees it.....thats all it takes.

yes but that bong was in plain site, so that makes it legal for him to take it. But if the bong was in the closet and we went snooping around that is illegal search and seizure and voids that bong as evidence in court.
