This was about 10-years ago, maybe more.

I was in a public swimming pool and found a $10 bill at the bottom of the pool. A guy was asking if anybody had seen a $10 bill in the water. I wanted to keep it, but I found it right in front of my parents.

The guy bought me a soda though.

I think that's the right thing to do, if you actually hear somebody saying they lost it. I found a dollar the other day, and nobody said they lost it, so i kept it.

 

I say it was worth it to keep your parents trust n' shat. And you got an ice cold sodie. :thumbup:

 

I was thinking about going to get change and keeping $3 of it, and telling the guy I only found $7 of it.

But then I realized I might be going to ayche E double hockey sticks.

One time I went to the lost and found at school and told them I lost a dollar. So the lady asked me when I lost it and I told her it was a day or two before and she went back behind the counter and pulled out a daller. I guess some girl had found it the day before. I felt a little bad because I hadn't really lost a dollar but I was also really suprised it worked ...oh and this was 10 years ago too.
