I want a dog

Ok, so I want a Pit bull terrier or a amstaff, but my family hates pitts because they think they are all bad and shit. What can I do? I love the way pitts like to play and stuff, and I just like that kind of dog but I cant seem to change their minds

I too want a pit bull or a (bull) Mastiff. I don't think my dog will live through this winter, so I will probably start looking in the shelters then.

if you get a pitbull from a puppy...and do a LOT of playing with it... it will love the family and be very protective... try using that..

rottweiler is also an oppurtunity for a larger dog
