alright! i am not tring to start shit so lets end everything on this thread! i will run but i aint going to to turn this into a fight! you all are cool and you can help because god knows every damn one of you is busting with info and some with knowledge!
i bought a Acura Type-S (k20a2) engine, 02 Civic Si tranny, and an EP3 radiator about 6-7 months ago! all need is a mount kit, axles, subharness, my speed sensor out of my Crx tranny, RSX shifter ass.and throdle cable and two weeks to do the work......then i will eat YOUR ass for lunch my friend! i do not draw unemployment, i have a savings account! i lost my mom and she left me some behind! and i am 17 thank you!

I really wasn't trying to start shit, it is just obvious there is a break in period on any rebuilt or fresh engine and how far it is depends on the build many times and intended application.

Let me know when the k swap is done, my brother lives in Abingdon, so I will roll down there. I have no problem running a non-turboed swapped k, it will actually be fun.
thats cool! i bought the k motor for a car that was intended to be nothing but show but i sold it, so i have 3200 bucks of horsepower laying in my garage! might as well put it to work!
why dont you sell it, send a y block off to get completely built (sleeves, pistons, rods, larger bore), then turbo it, and pretty much walk on anyone for the most part.... and it will mount right up with everything you already have....
