How could you not look at the ID your using, maybe put two and two together and not give it to the same person.:doh:

 

If she was 23 than why didn't she use her own friggin' ID? :thinking:

 

Or even more importantly, why is she using a fake ID when she is 23 years old?

 

She was receiving stolen property... which I'm assuming is under the waitresses name....

Identity theft maybe she wanted to pay with her credit card or something.

 

I can't remember the last time a restaurant asked to see ID for a simple credit card payment...

 

no but if i were a thief and ordered a beer, when the waitress ask for my ID i would show an ID with the same name as the stolen credit card i want to use

 

I get asked for ID all the time, but that's because I wrote "See ID" in the signature box.

 

I dont sign my credit cards so they ask me a lot.
