Here's what happened, Imate sent me a phone, not the right phone so now my contact is saying that he has requested a RMA. does that meant that he will be waiting for me to send the phone back before he sends me the correct phone? or does that have nothing to do with it?

He's waiting on the company to send a Return Authorization so he can tell you to then send it back.
