Try these that I just put on the RSX-s from Discount Tire, I know they aren't the coolest name in tires but so far with several hundred miles on them I like them. Before these I had maximum performance summer tires that would have cost me $800 to replace. They are also rated to handle light snow:

About $500 all in for 4 taxes, road hazard, lifetime balancing. General Tire Exclaim UHP:
Mileage Warranty: 40,000 miles
Treadwear: 380 Traction: A Temperature: A Speed Rating: ZR

For an all season performance tire I would also recommend the Continental ContiExtremeContact but they are a good bit out of your budget, probably around 600 for 4.

these are the ones I ended up going with. $62 a piece.

I'm glad I looked them over before I left Sears Auto. These are directional tires and I noticed that the rear driver's side tire was one for the passenger side. The tread was pointed the wrong direction. :eh:
