Solid 6 or 7. Spring makes me get up earlier since it gets lighter earlier. Winter time is a joke trying to get me up. My gf is the alarm clock. The second I hear the hair dryer, I know I have 15 minutes to get in and out of the shower and get dressed before it's time to bounce. lol
I'm the opposite. Lately I've been trying to get around 7-8 hours of sleep but I end up more tired than if I only had my normal 4-6 hours.
well that happened for the first week or so.. now i sleep past my alarm or reset it in my half-sleep when it goes off haha once school starts again i'm sure i'll break this habit. i hate wasting the day
