I have the ATI (orginally from ATI not 3rd party with ATI Chipset) X800 Pro AGP with Custom cooler for it.
I want 160 shipped. I ran it on a similar setup like yours and got great results. Haven't gamed much on that rig though since I had 7800GTX SLI rig then sold it and moved to X1800 XL.

my old pc that i gave my bro, is a p4ht, 1.5g of ram, and is currently running a agp xfx 6600gt and runs elder scrolls fine. infact i have ran call of duty2 on it with mid resolution with mid details on dx7 and it ran great. the 6600gt should be way cheaper now, considering i paid 220 for it 2.5 years ago. check up on the 6800gt as well, another great card and a step up from the 6600. both are available in agp.
