What do you eat if you ever have late night cravings? :hs: Just wondering... I usually just go with a bananna or some sort of fruit

Fruit is good...I would get a casein protein supplement and make a shake...slow releasing protein that will be absorbed while you sleep

I'm not trying to bulk up, I'm actually trying to slim down. I can usually make it through the day alright but it's late at night that I can't help but eat everything that I want. It doesn't help that I stay up all night working. Talk about LT'ing.

Try to look at it like this.... If you're truely training, then you're paying attention to your caloric intake. If you've met your daily allowance, drink water. You're more than likely thirsty, and not hungry if you've eaten enough based on your training/diet. Your body will end up using that water to help digest and carry the proteins to your muscles while you sleep. You'll wake up with a head that's more clear if the last thing to flow through your body before bed was water.

If you have to eat something... The banana would be a pretty good choice.
