not taking any supplements. i guess im old-school in mentality where i just do things through trying to eat right. i used to have protein shakes, but those tasted like @$$ so i said screw it. but id be open to it again if anyone has any good suggestions for protein shakes


i went to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks on saturday. lost 7 lbs which is horrible. can kinda lift the same amt of weights but my endurance is garbage now. ugh, it'll take at least another 3 weeks to get back to where i was :sad:

I do caffeine up before I hit the gym though. It raised my "go" time by about 50 minutes ... but completely screwed my sleeping habits.

Chanky is helping me with this problem

7lb lost = muscle ... you just gotta wake up the guns.

I give it 7 days, tops.

do you go to the gym late? i usually go home after work, eat somethin real quick and then go straight to the gym. i think caffeine would help me workout longer, but not sure if id want to get addicted :hs:

:lmao: yeah, i definitely didnt lose fat over the trip. a bunch of my friends are saying i look noticeably smaller :cry: time to get beefed again. hittin up the gym again after work today

Well, I would not start all three supplements at the same time.
