Yeah, it was made in 1972. Besides being an "Adult Cartoon" it was also quite political. If you have a chance to see it you can see a lot of that era's politics in it, as well as how a lot of the "hippies & yippies" actions. Remember I am part of Woodstock.

BTW it is available on DVD, and I think I got it at BEST BUY for less than $10.00
I used to watch that when I was like 6. My parents used to rent it for me...they never watched it...I guess they figured since it was a cartoon, it wouldn't be adult-oriented. Then I watched a little of it recently and noticed all the cussing and stuff. lol.

Most cartoons today are 1/2 hour long commercials. Although we didn't know, so were most of the cartoons we watched when we were kids. We see them as "crap" because we no longer have an interest in buying any of their merchandise. With the exception of DBZ of course.

There is this one cartoon on Adult swim that is right up there with the Simpsons and South Park (two of my favorites.) I just can't remember the name. The father has no arms and no legs. One of the kids is a siamese twin joined at the hip. Its hilarious. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
