Default Vanity Plates

http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/420077.htm

If your vehicle is a passenger vehicle:
  • $44.75 if your tabs expire in 2006, or
  • $47.75 if your tabs expire in 2007
Worth it?

I would probably get MONTAGU perhaps, unless I thought of another good one. I think I have to pay every year, but I don't think I will keep this car for a year, I might but I don't know.

Edit: 30 dollars renewal.

The first year it would be $30 + license fee for the 1st year and 15 + renewal fee for every following year. If you get a special plate there's an additional fee for the special plate that is added to the other fees also. I can transfer it to whatever car I buy though so it doesn't matter, just use a name that doesn't include a specific car reference. BTW our license fee is based on the value of the car.
