what do you hate about your job?
so what is it?
me i hate that my team is so small, we are only 3 people! i work for a Company with over 40K employees but my team is small. The main proble i have with that is the other 2 peeps know each other very well, they are both parent and older then 40 years old. I am still a kid compared to them i have no fun with my coworkers.
Back in the days when i was working on the phone, the job sucked but atleast i had fun with the other peeps arround me... I would actually be excited to have fun with the others peeps, now my job is more interesting but the peeps are so fucking boring. Why can't i get a job that has both

I put in over 50 hours a week ... constantly.
I manage people in the atlantic timezone, so they're in at 8am ... I have to be in at 6am to give them direction. :wtc:
If I leave my office any time before 4:30pm, it looks like I'm skipping out early. Most of the programmers don't waddle in until 9am.

Last week was about 54 hours. I had 46 before Friday started.
I hate that I never go home "finished". I've got projects and work stacked up for months. I am currently between 2 positions at the moment, both requiring a lot of attention, yet I'm only getting paid for one job. If HR would hurry the fuck up, I can assume the one position and concentrate more and be more effective.

October 2004
moved onto a "systems analyst: web applications and design" (worked solely on .com projects)
May 2006
now, I'm an "IS Project Lead". I manage upcoming enhancements / code releases for the company's 1 billion dollar website. I'm the last set of hands the site goes though before it hits the public.

I work an IS job that does absolutely no coding.
