My car got hit again in the parking lot. I noticed it when I was pumping gas. They hit the corner of the bumper, which cracked and the side of the bumper is popped out. I know who did it too.

Filing a police report now. No collision on my car anymore. I hate my life.

Rexen- Its this old guy in our complex. I've seen him drive and he shouldn't have a liscense. I was parked across from where he normally parks, and he has a new scratch on his car fitting the way he would have hit it. It looks like he didn't even notice, just kept backing up. Which explains why the bumper is cracked, since just bumping it shouldn't have done that.

The police just came. He ran the guys plates and said they had trouble with him before and apparantly he's very uncooperative. But he's checking it out, it seems like he agrees with me that the guy did it. Problem is, I really think he hit me and didn't know it, so what can I do? Uggh...
