Default BAH!! I need to vent

Well the first of this month i ordered my manifold kit for my new set up. Well as of today, the 29th im STILL waiting for it. Well, a minute ago i get an IM saying "we found out today why your package was not making progress, apparently USPS has a size limit of 20 cubic inches on packages, ours was to big so they brought it back and we had to repackage it"
After telling me this, do they give me a chance to respond? NO!! They are "away" before i could type any kind of responce. I wouldnt mind the delay if they had been telling me things straight from the beginning, i know it takes time to fabricate items. My issue comes from people saying "your item might have shipped yesterday" or "im pretty sure it will be going out tommorow" Just give me a definate answer. THEN there like "heres your tracking number" and it doesnt work, so i figure it needs a day or so to update. NO its in invalid tracking number, comparing it to another one i had, its actually two numbers short. I call, tell them this, and get a "Well thats not good" and thats pretty much it. NOW because they packaged the items wrong, my order is delayed even further now. Cant wait till tommorow because the phone call i make isnt going to be a fun one for them. /rant

Yeah. In the revamping of my turbo kit I got screwed out of injectors, couplers, RFL BOV and intercooler piping. I got all the money back, but that wasn't the big issue. It's all the time lost because of other people wanting to play the theif role or just being careless and taking 3 weeks to ship packages.

I didn't think USPS has a 20 cubic inches size limit...that's a pretty small box.

They are lying. I've shipped big ass boxes with USPS. And they deliver magazines bigger than 20 cubic inches.

Maybe its 20 cubic feet?

A manifold would easily fit in a 20 ft³ box.
