This is the second time this month some idiots tried to solicit me to buy something... oh wait, "advertise" is the term the idiot used. I have, in red, a sign that says "No Solicitation" on both of my doors, front and back. Yet, f*ck*rs are a knocking... trying to sell me crap I would never buy from them. Just this afternoon, a guy and gal came buy, and since they didn't get an answer at the doors, came to my garage where I was working and wanted me to "advertise" if I wanted my house painted (note, my house has vinyl siding). According to the local law, as I am aware of, if they see any posted signs, they are not welcome and should walk on by. WTF? Would it be legal for me to shot this f*ckers? What a waste of time.

 

no, it's not illegal to shoot them. you should try it next time.

 

While it is annoying to be harassed... shooting a solicitor (or even brandishing a firearm) probably isn't going to work out in your favor. h:

 

I would think people know that I was joking about the "shooting"? But it does make you wonder about these people. According to them, it's not soliciting if they were advertising or just going through a list...

 

I hate when little kids come up and sell me Snickers bars for $1. I feel guilty when I say no.

Dude, I accidentally opened the door once to some guy who was begging me to give him $20 in cash. No reason. He just "needed" the money
