OK I'll change to offline draft. How does it exactly work? Everyone takes turns taking pics of players they want and no one has to be there at the same time correct?

 

you get to do it anyway offline. but in the end after all picks are made, you (the commish) has to input all the players to their teams

 

Sounds good let's get a random way of choosing the order of the draft. What would be a fair way to choose the order of the draft? So far the order seems to be....

We need an unbiased moderator to pick Should go backwards when picking names out like the NBA draft :exnbp: So first person to get picked out of the hat gets the 10th next person the 9th and so on and so forth

you should just say the draft is on (this day) at (this time). i'm sure we'd all be able to find a way to be there. especially if it was a day we're usually online anyway.

for the record, if someone doesn't make the live draft, it will automatically pick the best person left on the board for them.
