a friend in highschool's mom had that problem..they didnt replace the oil plug? and it froze her engine..then they turned it around on her and she had to pay 2k for a new one..

jiffy lube paid for it. they didn't even install a new filter what so ever... aparently when he called them from the side of the road saying there was oil spilling all over the ground they admitted to forgetting the filter and they settled with him rather than having it go to court.

oh btw, reset the ecu and light went off, my mom was happy.
