I went to the Golds and the guy who was working there has been there since I started like 6 years. I hadnt seen him in a good 2 years, and he rememberd me. So much for sneaking in I guess, but it was cool to be remebered.

I am 195ish now... after my 12 week cycle hoping to be around 225ish, then cut to all hell.

Trying to get down to cut and maintaining my muscle mass. I don't particularly want to get larger than my current build beyond improving my chest, so I'm mixing off days of cardio in.

I'm down to 190 though I want to be right around 200-ish. On the other hand, I'm losing a shitload of fat and I'm starting to get some pretty good definition on my stomach. Well, starting. I have a ways to go.

But, 36" waist in Janurary, and I now have a 31", so that's good

thats good to hear the progress has definatly paid off. keep it up man.

i've recently kinda plateaued, esp on chest... can't seem to break 90lb dumbells or 200lb benchpress :\

(i weigh 140lbs)
