hopefully 10 coming from both my cars being sold and 10 down and 10 financedh:

I tried, but with saving for vacations, my backyard, frontyard, kitchen, bathrooms and maybe windows remodel, I don't think I can pull off another 10k. Its a whole different ballpark that I can't afford admission to.
