I will never get over them. Saw a guy digging through the big pile of trash out front of my building. It is an amazing sight

 

If it's a homeless guy, I wouldn't worry. However, trash digging is one of the major reasons for identify theft etc.

 

We have a homeless lady that comes by the school all the time. I nearly hit her with a box one time when she was in the dumpster. She recycles more than $100 worth of stuff everyday :hs:

 

i take pipe out of the exhaust shop dumpsters. Free mendrel bends!

Oh I know and I shread all my personal info. This guy was digging through a box of stuff someone had thrown out looking for treasures. If someone was opening trash bags I would have said something.

 

Like they say "One person's trash is another person's treasure."

 

I was walking from the parking lot to Shampoo last night and within that 1 block I was asked for money and/or a cigarette by 3 different bums. And these bums look like the type that will kill you, but I still refused to give them anything. Philly bums are very persistent.
