I've been bitten by a dog before. Don't exactly feel the pain of the dog owner as much as the person that got bitten. Anyways better luck next time AF.

I've been bitten by this huge dog that was dragging his small asian owner along. Nothing happened to them or the dog.

He won't necessarily be put down. They'll quarantine him, test him for raibies, and then fine (or sue) the owners.
