Talk to your GP. He/she should know of a few that they have had good luck with.

Well there's this whole chicken or the egg argument.

Did social anxiety cause problems with social situations/public places?

or

Did problems regarding social situations/public places cause anxiety?

The ongoing trend in medicine is to treat the symptoms. Ergo, treat the anxiety. But the only real way to grow from being an anxious/depressed mess is to treat the cause(s) of the symptoms. Treating both at the same time is quicker.

And this isn't a huge breakthrough. There's a lot wrong with the healthcare industry.

My pills don't make me hallucinate, I would like them better if they did...unless they're the scary kind of hallucinations. Maybe I'm better off just being :crazyr:

No, when I was hallucinating I was seeing the scariest shit my mind could develop. I couldn't sleep because it was disturbing.

I was on pills for insomnia, anger management, bi-polar disorder, depression, and OCD. The pills didn't even work because they all had different effects so after taking how every man I had to through out the day by the time it was said and done I just felt sick. So I just stopped taking them one day and I'm doing a lot better.
