she most likely will get some time of settlement but not the 30 million. she obviously lied about her age when signing up for myspace ohtherwise this guy would no thave been able to see her profile, she broke the rules of myspace the minute she signed up and then continued to break the rules by contacting guy's she does not know and continuously talking to them...come to Staten Island you'll think the 14yr olds are 17 or 18 and they say they are so they can hook up with the older guys...its bad whena 14yr old dresses like an 18yr old goin out to a club...and its true

correct me if i'm wrong but you can be 19 and still be in highschool... and is he that much older than a senior if thats the case?
it's not like he was 45... he was 19.
sounds to me like he gave her the bone and never called back, she foudn out he wasnt on the football team and bingo! it's myspace's fault!

Parents need to stop relying on technology to watch their kids.
