Here in Phoenix people that get caught up with Meth will pawn their tools for rediculously cheap. Look for pawn shops as well as Craigslit

sidebar: I know what you're saying...but my dad doesn't work at a dealership. He owns his own bodyshop. Not trying to be a smart ass, just clarifying what he uses the tools for.

i worked in bicycle shops for 9 years, so i know what it's like to have a wrench in your hand every single day. the last guy i worked for had 3 complete benches of all snap-on and park. you can feel the difference form the second you put a ratchet in your hand.
