I am so pumped this is going to be awesome. My buddy John is taking me. We're going in his Ligenfelter GTO and our friend Chris will be driving Johns other GTO. I saw the pic they took last year and it look like it'll be hella fun. I can't wait!
We're going next weekend, here's some of the e-mails he sent.

Includes a lap around the track in my GTO.
30 GTOs and their owners (us) get EXLUSIVE use of the Pontiac Racing Hospitality area for the day. Free food, autograph sessions and lunch with the drivers and much much more. There is even a time set up to talk to the GTO engineers and FULL pit and garage access.
They are showcasing our GTOs to the public as GTOs are in this race.

Once we get there Friday, I have to detail the car for display in the
morning.
I will get the hotel set up... Its about 3 hours from Fort Wayne in
Lexington, OH.
I have portable directors chairs for the race. We sit in the infield
grass (it's a road course) where all the passing is done. Lots of
wrecks too...
Bring your camera and an appetite... last year they had a shrimp bar
open all day. Lots of gourmet food all day long with our chef. The
bathroom fixtures are GOLD. The whole tent is air conditioned too.
Theres a dyno set up right behind us also. Race cars are being dyno'd
all day long.
