basically they have two pictures, with a script where when you place the mouse over it, the 2nd picture will take place
The dot and the instruction are there to fool you.
edit, NVM, I didn't read the fine prints, he stated at the bottom. hahahaha. So yea, even instructions on how to. It's simple stuffs.
