I have used venture since the beginning. broke a truck (I shattered at one axle when i was grinding a curb)and called them. they sent me a brand new one for no charge. i have had GK and loved them too but i had the axle slip problem that some people have had so i went back to venture.

 

I've always wanted to pull off a 360 castor flip...but it never worked.

they dont, they just stand behind them if they find that the damage is due to craftmenship. i had to send it to them (3 bucks shipping) got a new one in 3 weeks.
