No that was actually Oltmanns first time ever on the rocks. Normally he just does trail runs but he is starting to get interested a bit. Before he left though he had a nice big dent on his door jamb from where he set himself up real good on a rock.

burnt? sun, fire, energy? all 3? i love offroading. havnt done any since the days of my dad's jeep. looks pretty dry out there in OR, send some of that out here please!

Burnt from the sun and too much alcoho while in it h:

This is actually one of those rare places in Oregon where the weather kind of passes around it, where I live we are pretty much on a daily rain schedule for at least 8-9 months out of the year.

dang, looks like you are getting a nice early summer this year. just finished up raining for one week solid here. today is picture perfect though, i got the itch to go camping or hiking this coming weekend. whats the cost of building up a jeep or somthing to become a proficent rock crawler? not all that big out here cause we dont have much glacial formations around me. all the good ones in NH and MA are mostly in national forrest and are protected.

I will be into my buggy a total of about $10k once I am done but am expecting the next one to be in the range of $6k or so since it will be a Formula Toy design.
