but in my opinion, no it isnt a good trade cuz its an automatic LX with dead airbags. i was only answering your question :dunno:

 

I planned on putting an aftermarket steering wheel on it anyway so that's a non-issue and I can get a jdm delete for the passenger. I was looking for a 4 door, the LX doesn't bother me much because I can get a Z6 swap for next to nothing.

then yes, it is a good trade. the car is clean and seems that it would suit your needs. if you plan on working all that stuff anyway, i say go for it.
