close! short shift adapter

unfortunately they dont make a real short shifter, so i settled for this. it was only $45 and i figured it would be a small, fun project to work on during an upcoming weekend


oh, and also in the box was a K&N filter cleaning kit. its been about 20k miles h:

hm.... my CL's shift throw is already fairly short, but i was used to my B&M on my EF. the 04 6spd is a J30, mine is a J32.

 

i really had hoped that thered be a B&M (or other) short shifter application for my junks, but this is the best i could come up w/ :sad:


oh well, i guess i'll post again after i get this sucker put on. probably wont be for another few weeks cuz my weekends look shot for a while
