did you get good price for it? atleast kkb trade-in value?

I would only trade-in if I knew it would make a difference in down payment on a financed car. Other than that, I would sell privately.

The only advantage trading your car in has is that it saves time and hassle of having to sell it on your own.

when i traded in my integra, i got about $400 more than what kbb quoted... but then again, it didnt really make much of a difference because i got so much less than if i were to have sold it to a private party.

when i traded in my e39, i got exactly what the kbb quoted.

both cars, i rated them as "fair" condition, but the dealers quoted them with "good" condition and told me not to worry about the problems i told them about for the cars. :dunno:
