once you hit level 70 trainging at 100% will only get you 1 % exp, and crime gets you about 20%

higher end crimes get you more experience... when you first access it, it will give 25% each time, then drop from there as you go up in level...

My CI is going up so slowly. I'm at 82% level 44. I'm trying to make it to level 46 today so I can bomb/assassinate.

There's always the posibility of taking our threads elsewhere. I have a forum that's pretty much sitting idle, I'm an admin of so I can hide it to only people that we choose to get into it.
