When you go to get NA, sell your old proprty too so you get some money back from that. And try to do it with multiple TABS in firefox so that you can take the money out of the bank, sell the old one, then buy the new one. Do it as fast as possible so people don't hit you with all the money on you.
edit: total will be 11,760,000,000
