i have a garbage bin on my back balcony that i filled with garbage a week ago...yesterday it rained and now the garbage bin and garbage are full of water..apparently according to my neighbour downstairs, the water has been "leaking all day"..don't know what i should do, or who i should call to help me get rid of it. i tried myself, but it is disgusting as u can probably imagine????????

 

I always poke holes in the bottom of any cans that sit uncovered.

cant i live on the third floor it would leak all the way down! my neighbors will ask me to pay to get their stupid balcony cleaned...

good idea... there wont be a next time i am trashing the garbage bin... havent used it in like ages. I think the trash has been there for months now actually that why its so fucking gross. I tried to take out the garbage but i just cant makes me want to :barf: way too much!

Today i will try to call the city and ask them if they have some sort of waste disposal service (i dont mind paying for it).

ALso might just buy a hand powered pump and another garbage bin. pump water form to the empty bin and dump it.

 

wait for another rain and dump the shit off.

 

only problem it that some dude is going to pass later tonight i dont want those fucker to know that the shit is there! i mean they will blame it on me but it cant be the bin!
