about 8 grand in various debt, and about 12 grand in the bank (in one form or another). All my debt is purposeful and managed. I could pay it all off, but I'd rather use it to build credit.

will owe about $9k for my car

Decided to take advantage of my living situation and get ahead. Also going to be putting away a down payment for some property in either Rosarito or Ensenada.
