Dude sue the shit out of them for image theft and damages. No kidding tag their asses hard assuming you still have the original images complete with the Exif data intact.

Don't fuck around with a settlement unless they are talking some pretty major numbers. this is complete bullshit.

Who cares about the other lawsuits the only one that matters is his. If they have that many suits anyways then his case should carry more merit because he can sue them for not one image but for 3 images used (or however many in the series they ran). US law says you can sue for 100k per image stolen and used as it is damaged goods now. Add to that potential earned money from these images you could easily be in the 200k per instance range or more.

I'm not saying anything negative... just saying the mag might feel more open to paying out with alot of people on their ass then just him.

Would he be able to bring up other instances of the companies thievery in a court of law?
