Italian sausage, beer-brat style!
We were barbequeing the other day and I accidentally picked up some italian sausages instead of bratwurst, but I didn't realize it until I had already dropped them into the beer and onions, so I figured what the hell and let them boil and threw them on the grill.
They came out awesome... better than bratwurst in my humble opinion. So next time you're having a BBQ, cook up some Italian sausage beer-brat style and enjoy! :grinpimp:

They all taste the same to me. h: I've gotten regular Brats, Italian Sausage, Mild, Hot, Sweet, etc. I guess it's because the way I cook them. I just throw them in the oven till they are cooked, slice em up over rice, and top it off with some Sriracha. :yum:
