Click Go Advanced.
Under Additional Options go down to the second table named Attach Files. Click the button reading Manage Attachments.
That will bring up a popup window. Find your picture under Browse then click Upload.
Once they're uploaded you will see a link above the 'Attachment Key' with the name of your picture. Right click that and click copy link.
Then go back to your reply box, click this button
and hit Ctrl V or Paste.
