Default i'm FINALLY moving.....

well, after 7 years at the same address, i am moving to Nashville

i have this great little cheap-ass place but w/ a 45-mile one-way commute everyday, the cost of gas & wear & tear on my car has finally caused me to look for other living arraingements.

so i found a place in downtown nashville..... 3/4 of a mile from where i work & about the same distance to the club/bar i hang out at most weekends & some weekenites. the savings in gas alone are gonna be $250-$275/month not to mention the 1.5-2hrs of commute everyday

so the apt is in a 12-story highrise. i will be in a corner apt on the 11th floor facing downtown nash. it is about 650-700 sqft. & has a balcony w/ access from the living room & bedroom. no washer dryer hookups, but full laundry on-site. there is even a convience market on the 1st floor.

apt is $715/month including ALL utilities & outdoor parking is $100/month, but i decided to "splurge" on the indoor key-card access parking for $110/month

i move-in this next weekend (3rd). i'll post pics as soon as i get in & have my internet back up but for now i get to pack all my crap up & move....yay

My credit is so poor that I probably wouldn't even be approved for a mortage. So I'll be renting for several years.
