Diet is 60% of total fitness, what do you guys usually eat? I've been lifting again for a couple of weeks, and am trying to radically change my diet.

I was thinking lots of pasta, tuna and protein drinks.

I eat a lot of whole foods. I've got all sorts of fresh fruit I eat like pineapple, strawberrys, grapes. fresh veggies, or frozen veggies. baked potatoes, chicken breast without the skin, and other lean meats. for breakfast I'll eat eggs, or a healthy ceral with whole wheats. stay aware from food that has preservatives. Stay away from cheese if you can, but if you have to have cheese try to use it sparingly.

I don't pack on pounds from fatty foods. The only way I put on weight is lifting.

My goal is 60-80 pounds increase within the next 18 months. It's a lofty goal. h:

I put on weight fast though. I've already added 18 pounds in a month and a half and my diet hasn't changed at all...yet.
