Default Hahaha, this is tight

So yeah, long story short, my uncle couldn't get me a job in California, so that's a bust. Please take a moment to act shocked just to amuse me.

...

Okay, good. Well anyway, I found an apartment in Nashua (www.clocktowerplacenh.com ...site doesn't do the place any justice, I'll take pics soon) that I'm on a waiting list for a 2-bedroom.

Well, my soon to be roomate and I attend the same school. His mom has been paying his current rent ($700 a month) while he's in school to allow him focus on his classes and get on his feet, yada yada.

I guess it turns out that she's still going to sling $700 a month at rent towards him, even at the new place. We're looking at $1200-$1300 a month (with a loft and a sunroom and some additional goodies, so maybe more).

So at $1200 a month, $700 already paid for, we're only looking at paying $250 per person.

Bingo bango.

I'm looking at new apartments to live at for August since the place I'm living now sucks. I saw some pretty nice ones today that I'm interested in. Only like $790 a month for a 2 bedroom. I was going to try to get a house but it looks like that's going to have to wait. h:

Yeah the house thing for me won't happen for a while. Probably still 5-years+ away.
