If the phone has to be replaced 3 times and fails again, you get a different yet equivalent phone. If you agree to sign a two year contract again you can get 25% off full retail pricing. Other than that, go to ebay.
Ohhhh I got one. I have that stupid feature where when someone calls me, they get this stupid classical music playing. I want to get rid of that. Here is the story for that.
-Ordered 3 phones
-Store said I needed to add features in order to get the price that I got
-$5 text, $5 text, ringback tone
-They accidently put ringback tones on all of the phone
-I bitched at them and they credit me $25
-I said whatever, but it still annoys me sometimes
Can i get rid of it without having the store know that I got rid of it? They said I cant get rid of it for 6 months.

What a bunch of fucks! Call customer service, ask for a supervisor, and tell your story. VZW will crush that store like a ton of bricks. We do fight internal fraud and customer abuse very diligently. Id be looking to score a free month or new phone out of this.
