Not much for under 21ers... some of the casinos and shops are cool just to walk through, a lot of the shows are all ages, you can watch the Treasure Island Pirate show, Mirage volcano, go to the Ferrari Dealership at the Wynn, and check out all the ass at the hotel pool.
If you are looking for over-21 type things... They barely check IDs there. I just spent 4 days there and got ID'd twice, and I went EVERYWHERE. But then again, I look like I'm 30 (actually 24), so that might have something to do with it. Do you look over 21? If they don't buy it they'll just kick you out - but they'll definitely check your ID if you hit it big at slots or anything, and won't give you a payout.
My buddy went with a fake when he was 20, had to flash it like 5-6 times but the dealers/bartenders/strippers barely looked twice at it. Never had it questioned. He was also 6'4" 220lbs, and his ID said 5'11" 175 lbs... you do the math.
