my aunt got hit by a car about 8 years ago, and the head trauma caused her to lose all smell and taste.....it has been hell for her, considering my uncle is a chef and they were both avid wine snobs.

touch is the worst to loose... sex dont feel anything, cant know if you holding your baby to hard or not. You could burn yourself without even knowing. I said touch..

But taste would still suck, hell, it'd suck to lose any sense.

Without sound you wouldn't hear your bike rev, you wouldn't hear oncoming traffic so you could crash.

Without touch you wouldn't know how hard you are reving, if you are reving at all, how hard you are squeezing your breaks, etc...

so yeah...taste and smell would be the only ones you could lose and still ride your bike. Oh yeah...and you couldn't type either.
